I was willing to accept COVID as a big factor in 2021, 2022, and 2023…but here we are!

Look I hate to say this, but this project raised a LOT more money than the DS9 documentary and made BIG promises. And after 5 years it’s delivered a movie that’s not to the same standard as the DS9 documentary with a lot of farce and delays. Very disappointing.

The announcement today of a new #Stargate show that lives in the same world as previous TV shows is a dream come true and one I genuinely thought was impossible as we’ve started moving out of the Peak TV era. I cannot wait to see what’s coming.

As the crescendo of “what a travesty this is” reactions begins to grow, I will just point out that this show is for literal babies so yes it’s supposed to look very stupid to you (and to me). As does every show made for, again, actual babies. Go outside and touch grass. #StarTrek

As a HUGE #StarTrek and MCU fan, I am walking on air right now.

…movie, just for Marvel Studios. Paramount made such a mistake letting him get away, but their stupidity is the MCU’s gain. Also, Galactus is Doomsday Machine. If you like #StarTrek but you’ve been iffy on the MCU, give FF a chance. It requires NO knowledge of ANY other movie.

This is a clear sign that there must be some serious financial challenges at P+ when #StarTrekStrangeNewWorlds - a verifiably popular show according to industry data - can't make it to 50 episodes. Very disappointing, and creates a big question mark about the future of #StarTrek.
