@AndyBuzz72 Take a look down any list of the world's countries, and pick out the ones that are smaller than Wales, and have fewer natural resources, but do very well. You're spoiled for choice. Malta / Latvia / Lithuania / Estonia / Slovenia... Finland and Slovakia are only slightly bigger.
