I feel grateful to call Koray an associate and now a friend. His generosity goes far beyond what is strictly necessary to maintain an equitable venture, and his attitude will make yours better by proximity. That's all I have to say on the matter, take it as you will. #SEO.

Above all, Koray has demonstrated a desire for harmony of intent and meaning–both in SEO and business. There is an underlying philosophy and principal driving his methods that precludes an easy cash-out. This is not the path of least resistance, but it is the right path.

This is the very essence of leadership, and it's a quality few SEOs truly possess. Don't get me wrong, the past year has been a type of hell due to the complexity of semantic SEO. But never once did Koray abuse his leadership or discourage honest questioning of his methods.

Koray's character has proven inspiring for our team as well. Where he could have simply dictated terms, he instead probed for feedback and criticism. In doing so, he improved his methods while instilling a sense of ownership in the learning our team has done over the past year.

Given the sheer value and talent Koray brings to the table, it would be easy for him to demonstrate lesser character and still succeed. But, SEO isn't transactional for him, his methodology is an extension of his hyper-thorough, endlessly curious character.

I have worked with many SEO firms over the years, and the relationships have been transactional at best, exploitative at worst. Koray is different; he lives and breathes his holistic company ethos. He doesn't succeed unless his clients do, and he busts his ass to make it happen.
