We had earned the right to host the final but instead allowed Chattanooga to do so because their community had rallied behind their team and we felt the final deserved a wild atmosphere. We played in front of 25,000 in one of the best atmospheres I’ve seen in my career. 🙌🏼.

10 years ago, I had the privilege of working with an incredible staff and group of players to accomplish our goal of an undefeated season and national championship. It was my first and last season ever as a head coach! So many great memories that I’ll always remember fondly.

It’s really difficult to see iconic figures from my childhood pass, and makes me cherish the time we have with those who are still around. Rest in peace Johan Neeskens. An absolute legend. The stories about you that have been passed down from my father will live forever. 🙏🏼

20 years ago, I was subbed out of a match (after scoring a BANGER 😂) for a 14 yr old phenom named @FreddyAdu… . Things came full circle last night watching Cavan Sullivan break Freddy’s record after helping to orchestrate his signing with @MLS. 👏🏼.
