Went to a class for certification to serve alcohol ans they started talking about human trafficking and using the word prostitution interchangeably. On my comment card I wrote "human tafficking is not prostitution and prostitution is not human trafficking". Moral panic is real.

I did something empowering today for my soul. I confronted someone who molested me when I was 9 years old. I have had enough therapy, so this was good. Even if they didn't apologize and essentially said I was making it up. I know the truth and my 9 year old self found closure.

State legislation included in SB 91 provides protections from prosecution if a sex worker reports a more serious crime & cooperates with investigators. The law did not provide the protection under city code in Anchorage until it was passed in 2017.
