On Salah today, I made a mistake on the 44th verse of Surah Al-israa, so I was thinking about the verse and the one before it on my way home from the mosque. SubhanaLlah, the verse has a very beautiful order that will make you revere Allah and love him for his mercies upon us.

Don’t allow your child be free with friends of opposite gender, they are not to touch/hold anyone from the opposite gender who isn’t a member of their immediate family. Teach your sons how to be upright men/father/husbands, and your daughters how to be women/mothers and wives.

This starts from the home, Parents should teach/raise their children right, by words and actions. Let the boys/girls know their responsibilities. Let them know how to relate and respect people, teach boundaries of relation between them, their Mahram and non-Mahram.

It becomes dicey when it’s your own family members taking the pictures. But one thing is when they see your firm resolve and how you condone yourself in addressing the matter, they’ll be the ones to even warn others.
It should be on nikaah invites that you'll be sued if you post the bride and groom's pictures(for those who don't want their pictures online) Even if you mistakenly did it😑. People should learn to respect people's privacy too.

The fact that many of us do not know how to perform ablution correctly or even read Al-faatiha properly, but we busy ourselves discussing high-level topics or topics not matching reality, is one big problem I hope we're saved from.
