If a college student asks me how to build consistency, this is what I tell them: → Make a simple realistic plan → Focus on one thing at a time → Finish what you start → Stop comparing your path with others → Show up daily even on low energy days Consistency beats everything.

Early morning demo meetings hit different. → Late night deployments till 10:30pm → Started the day with demo review → Demo walkthrough + key insights → Planned next implementations Hell Tired, but this momentum feels right.

Building so much lately that it’s leaking into my sleep 😅 Dreaming about backend flows, DB migrations, scaling services… Even my roomate caught me asking for IDs and docs while talking in sleep.

Never thought people would actually like how I documented my Node.js learning from scratch. Started it a year ago → today it crossed 280+ ⭐ on GitHub. @akshaymarch7

For the last few days, we were stuck on a complex feature, afternoons just weren’t aligning with focus. Today we pulled a 6 AM session with the CEO and heads. Clear minds, sharp decisions and everything clicked. Timing and focus matter more than long meetings.

Day by day, the challenges get deeper and that’s the fun part. Closed today with a major upgrade: → system optimization → backend + frontend integration → demos lined up → new features & flows in progress Looking back at where I started a year ago vs now is different level.

Today went well. Startup life isn’t repetitive 🔁 some days you ship features, some days you fix flows, most days you sit with services, plan things out, read code, implement, document and just get things done. And in between, keep doing the things that give you that kick.

One thing I learned moving from college to industry: → It’s not about how many hours you spend on self-growth → It’s about where and how you invest that time → I’ve seen people grind for hours with no real output You need to apply it, build something and be confident.

Next.js quietly unlocked AI native development for everyone: → no backend setup for model calls (server actions) → zero friction deploying AI workloads on Edge → built in streaming makes LLM responses feel instant → clean routing + layouts for complex AI flows → Works

In the end, it’s just you, your learning and how you grow from your mistakes: → building features → reviewing code & shipping deployments → enjoying the process → designing clean architecture for new flows Keep leveling up and one iteration at a time.

I’ve been taking a lot of interviews lately and one pattern is clear: → Earlier, many candidates didn’t submit assignments → Now 90% submit them properly → But in the review round, most can’t explain how they built Yes we recommend ai for sure But need your understanding too

Worked from different places for a week, but coming back to the office just hits different → product meetings → PR reviews → deployments → coffee → and that “let’s build something crazy today” energy Sometimes a change of place reminds you what you were missing.

One friend keeps saying "can’t crack a job" but refuses to spend 2k on Cursor / Windsurf / ClaudeCode… → but spends 5k every weekend in clubs → says tools are “too costly” → still complains nothing is changing I’m not against enjoying life. I do it too. But at some point, you

Simplest way to get things done: → identify the problem → build a strategy → start executing Don’t wait for motivation it comes after you start. If you don’t start, you stay in the same place forever.

Frontend only gets messy when you skip the basics that actually keep it scalable: → co-locating data + UI → normalizing API responses early → feature-based folders, not a components dump → smart caching, prefetching, partial hydration → accessibility as a core feature →
