Obviously if you're a major story character you get more context, but even then there's an element of "well I know the storyline(s) I'm involved in, no idea what happens in the rest of the plot"

This made me laugh out loud. Most people think we get a lot of detail about what we work on, but this is par for the course! "Who do you play? What's the game about? When does your character show up?" "Idk let's find out together."
I think I play 6 or 7 characters in #OuterWorlds2. Who they are; I have no idea. Where you can find them; I have no idea. Did I get paid? Yes.

The movie does such a good job of obfuscating who is on what side for the majority of the story. Uniforms mean nothing, who the journalists are photographing means nothing, anyone could be anyone, so by the time you get to Jesse you have *no idea* who or what he’s killing for.

When people talk shit about Civil War it makes me wonder if we saw the same movie. I will never get over seeing this scene and feeling terrified to my core because as an audience member, I *truly did not know* what answer he wanted to “what kind of American are you?”
Jesse Plemons walked into Civil War, delivered three minutes of pure menace, and walked out with the whole movie in his pocket.

I find that animation generally does well casting singers in singing roles, but live action stuff… no shade to Emma Watson and Russell Crowe as actors or people, but… why put a weak link or two in your chain just for the instagram following or whatever when you could have THIS
