Cross-chain atomic flash loans: borrow on chain A (ETH), execute arbitrage or liquidation on chain B (BTC assets), repay in one flow. Coinweb uses RSC monitoring, PACT locking cross-chain collateral, Broadcaster routing, and RDoC+PA for atomic revert.
