i broke down in the night because i felt so miserable living like this every single day. i feel like a weak lazy obese failure im disgusting 🫩

i went past my lw (which i was previously hospitalised at) and am bmi 11.5, im weak and miserable and my dad has said that either i make changes or hes taking me to hospital so. i think i will try to gain a bit, even though i just want to lose more. im sorry for being #fat 😓
