a lot of the cutting edge tech is inspired by post-WW2 movies like Star Trek, Star Wars, transformers or books like the foundation series, neuromancer, snow crash, etc - narratives and stories consumed often live on in our heads.

i used to think nature was the best engineer but nature appears to be too slow in large-scale adaption to keep up with technological advancements.

if we take all the data available on the ways that external influences can harm the human body (e.g. car accidents, smoke, etc.) can we create solutions to better biology?.
