And though the road has not been easy on both fronts, I now know it's possible. I couldn't be prouder for the grand world we're building, and for my daughters to be a part of that story. ✨.

It's only fitting that today, almost exactly a year later, @heyreiwang and I were included in @Inc's Female Founders 250 list! . It feels awesome to have reached an amazing milestone at home (happy 1st birthday Zarene!) and at work during the same week.

But through the support of my family, friends, teammates, and Grand Council, I reframed my thoughts and realized that doing one actually made me better at the other (most of the time 😊).

This time last year, my second daughter was born, and I couldn't shake this limiting belief that I wouldn't be able to grow my company and my family at the same time.

Being immersed with 150 beautiful, intentional humans reminded me of my deep desire for meaningful connections. I left the Soiree with more clarity than ever on my 2024 intention to cultivate more social connections with my community, my friends and my family.

What makes me feel like me? It’s a question I’ve been thinking about a lot after having baby number two and growing our company. During the Soiree, we took the opportunity to craft our 2024 in a more structured way through the launch of our new product, The Grand Retro.

This nagging feeling stayed with me until I went to @TheGrandWorld New Year Soiree last month in New York. It occurred to me that no matter how much work I do, it will always feel like my to-do list is growing. Instead, I need to create space for what makes me feel like me.

At the start of the year, I was feeling really time-poor. I had this negative self-talk soundtrack going in my head: "No matter what I do, I’m not going to catch up with all of the priorities I have between work and home.".

Huge thanks to our believers - from first customers to investors, early employees, and incredible coaches. Belief is everything for founders, especially early on, and for that, I'm eternally grateful. Excited for the journey ahead!

These sessions were incredible, but we needed to scale the impact. So, we bet our own careers on The Grand and launched our first group coaching product, The Grand Quest. Today, we've impacted thousands and are still growing.

Four years ago, @heyreiwang and I were in a valley, questioning if this dream would work. I call it our Hail Mary moment. Gathering intentional humans in our living rooms, we delved into real topics - career transitions, aging parents, interracial relationships, and more.

There is no doubt that the founder journey is full of ups and downs, and today is a surreal peak moment. @TheGrandWorld was named one of @BusinessInsider's Startups to Bet Your Career On in 2024!
