Public Bulletin for Citizens & Especially Journalists: in the US, it’s “judgment.” Spelling it wrongly as “judgement” means you’re dumb. Stop it. The Brits use the “e.” Thus, if you use the “e,” you must also spell “color” as “colour” and drive in the wrong lane.

As an Aggie class of 92, this is why my daughters were not encouraged to attend. It wasn’t great in 89-92, but man the politics in College Station have devolved a lot.
This professor criticized Lt. Gov. Dan Patrick in class. A politically connected student told her mom. Within two hours, Texas A&M’s chancellor was texting Dan Patrick directly to let him know the professor had been suspended pending an investigation.

Ridiculous headline that doesn’t give context of which political party did this. Gives the impression that DC is globally dysfunctional.

The 1st Amendment. The very first one. You didn’t even need to read down very far in that Constitution. I own a Yorkie. She’d have known this, if asked.
You’re clearly a constitutional scholar, Dave. Silly me, I forget at times that “separation of church and state” is in the constitution! Can you show it to us?

Proud of the kid. But let’s hold up on the word “city” for Earle, AR.

I got it wrong that it would be Thomas or Alito that did it. There is no reason in the law that his returns should be hidden. If you tried to hide your taxes, you think the courts would intervene? Not a chance.

Yesterday I tweeted to watch what SCOTUS does with Trump's request to hide his tax returns to gauge the strength of the US Rule of law. And here's the payoff:

For those curious to gauge the strength of our US rule of law, what to see what Justices Thomas or Alito do with this. There is no reason to intervene with this, unless a Justice is an outright partisan. https://t.co/BW2zVuQVjK
