Using whole-genome data from 382 individuals across 10 species, we show that: • Generalists maintained stable populations during reef fragmentation • Specialists suffered severe bottlenecks and isolation The Coral Triangle emerges as a key refugium and connectivity hub.

One of my publications was recently featured in Unil’s newsletter! It’s truly an honor to see our work recognised and shared within the academic and social community.

Thrilled to share that a key part of my PhD is now published in @PNASNews! We show that mutualism with sea anemones has been a key driver of clownfish diversification, shaping their trait evolution. Read more: https://t.co/kpyn5OYxxp #PhD #evolution #clownfish #PNAS

Thanks to all the editors of this special issue @MasahitoTsuboi @evoNicki @Phylogenetrips and @GaboriauT in @JEvBio for inviting me to design the cover. It has been a first time and fun to mix one of my hobbies with my passion for science. I hope is the first of many more!

Clownfish evolution is so extraordinary that it can only be described with the voice of David Attenborough. Watch until the end—you won’t regret it!

What can phylogenetic comparative methods tell us about cladogenetic phenotypic change? With @SalaminLab @nicsalamin we developed a new method to explore this question Find out in this article out in systematic biology or at my poster #Evol2024 https://t.co/LGtBSLL8WE
