#Pray for 𝗖𝗵𝗿𝗶𝘀𝘁 𝗖𝗵𝘂𝗿𝗰𝗵 𝗛𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗹’𝘀 annual men’s BBQ and pub games night this evening (27 July). They expect guests and will include a short evangelistic ‘stone in the shoe’ talk. Pray for gospel fruit.

#Pray for the @ufmworldwide annual family conference for supporters and mission partners (28 July – 1 August). Pray for Gareth Burke’s ministry, for mission partners sharing their work, and for all to be refreshed and encouraged.

Many of us struggle with prayer. But as Affinity trustee @PaulYeulett reminds us: "God is on his people’s side when they pray . He is manoeuvring all the hosts of heaven to help us in prayer". Read Paul's encouraging post in full:

#Pray: During the summer holidays, many churches wind down seniors’ activities. Pray for older people to enjoy companionship, purpose, and God’s love during this time. Pray for @FaithinLater as they support churches reaching out to older people.

#Pray: As schools break for summer, pray for the 𝗖𝗵𝗿𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗮𝗻 𝗦𝗰𝗵𝗼𝗼𝗹𝘀’ 𝗧𝗿𝘂𝘀𝘁 (𝗖𝗦𝗧) and their member schools, which are facing financial struggles. Pray for a financial breakthrough and that God continues to meet their needs.

#Pray for students leaving @OakHillLondon this summer as they move to church leadership positions and other gospel ministry roles.

2025 marks 300 years since the birth of John Newton. Join @YorkEvChurch on 1 November as they host a conference exploring his life life, ministry, hymn writing, and pastoral work

#Pray: Praise the Lord for many baptisms in @efcc_uk churches in recent months. Give thanks for people attending services and being saved. Pray that they are discipled and engage in the local church.

#Pray for a move of God, granting a turning to him among missionaries and nationals alike. 𝗦𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗖𝗵𝗿𝗶𝘀𝘁 𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹𝗹𝘆 reports no move of God among the people of Siberia or Mongolians, highlighting a desperate gospel need.

#Pray for @ap4l as they promote and provide resources for a nationwide gospel mission in March 2026. Pray that hundreds of churches across the UK’s four nations join this ‘month of mission’. Pray for the filming of 29 new videos this month to equip congregation members for.

#Pray that @AIMeurope maintains their passion to see the worship of Jesus Christ spread among Africans globally, through lives fully committed to him and Christ-centred churches. Pray for African churches gathering tomorrow and African brothers and sisters worshipping locally.

#Pray for two new @uk_ipc church plants: Will Allan and his family, moving from Trinity Church Aberdeen to Salford to start Hope Church Salford this autumn, and Andy Ritson and his family, moving from Grace Church Larbert to Carlisle to start Eden Church Carlisle this autumn.

#Pray: With numerous employment law changes coming into force this autumn, pray for Christian organisations and churches as they navigate these changes. Pray for 𝗘𝗱𝘄𝗮𝗿𝗱 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝗻𝗼𝗿 𝗦𝗼𝗹𝗶𝗰𝗶𝘁𝗼𝗿𝘀’ Employment Solicitors as they support and encourage clients during.

#Pray for Matthew Grech, who is being prosecuted in Malta for advertising ‘conversion therapy’ by sharing his testimony of leaving a homosexual lifestyle. @CConcern is supporting him. Pray for the case, set to conclude this month with oral submissions.

#Pray: Give thanks for the successful launch of @PraiseTrust’s new website. Pray that it serves as a valuable resource for churches and their leaders in planning worship. Pray also that new songs and hymns published in the future enrich worship of God.

#Pray: Many parents contact @TrueFreeTrust requesting advice on supporting their children in areas of sexuality & gender. Pray for their volunteers in these conversations and that parents love their children well, articulating the freedom found in Christ.

#Pray: Give thanks for the many @theFIEC Local Conferences and retreats for women in ministry. Pray that attendees continue to be encouraged and support one another through new and growing gospel friendships.

#Pray for @ChurchSociety members at General Synod, especially Associate Director Ros Clarke, as she presents her Private Member’s Motion calling for an independent culture and governance review of the House of Bishops. Pray that Church Society staff and members at Synod boldly.

#Pray for @LondonSeminary staff and students attending the @KeswickMin Convention this month. Pray for fruitful conversations and opportunities to promote robust evangelical training. #KesCon25.

#Pray for the individuals supported by 𝗖𝗮𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗙𝗼𝗿 𝗟𝗶𝗳𝗲 in the community, who are at risk of harm and vulnerable to negative influences. Pray they seek the Lord in their distress and find in him a true friend and Saviour.
