Aedifica trapt de week goed af. Achterdochtig als ik ben, vraag ik mij af waarom. Langetermijnrente daalt wat, maar dan zouden de andere GVV's in dezelfde mate moeten stijgen. Of iets anders? De aankondiging van het finale ruilbod op Cofinimmo misschien?
