We did something like this in my previous district. We took treats to the counselors and recorded their surprised reactions! Then we made a quick video that day and sent it out to all staff. Was a big hit! #K12PRChat @NSPRA
@EdPRMack We celebrated school counselors week and school nurses day by printing off certificates (@Canva for the win) and hand-delivering them with chocolate bars. Our asst superintendent, HR coordinator and myself delivered the treats and personally thanked each staffer. #K12prchat
