My brother worked on Arrow and said Amell regularly refused to leave his trailer if he wasn't getting his way, so he's actually very much in favour of labour strikes.
Stephen Amell appeared on TMZ to let everyone know he didn't vote yes for the strike authorization and that the strike is inconsistent to movies and shows that are releasing in July and afterwards.

This is horrific—but one aspect not being shared via social media is that the school district is banning the harassers from district events/property. You *have* to immediately discredit and punish such behaviour, rather than treat it as an alternative viewpoint.
Grandparents attending a school track meet in Kelowna stopped the event and demanded a 9 year-old female student be examined to make sure they weren't a boy competing in a girls event.
