Oh man guys found out I re-tore an old CFS scar in my back and had the worst headaches for about a week and now I’m finally healing. It was so weird because it just popped a Physical Therapy one day and then the headache started, how is everyone doing?

We are still playing keep away from the pup but I’m proud he’s in the same room. It’s funny bcus he seems afraid of her. Giving big man reassurance he comes first even with her in the room I think is the way to go!

Chronic pain is the literal worse. Sometimes I think taking a knife and stabbing myself would feel better than this annoying never ending pain!!! I’m in good spirits but this sucks pt Wednesday has kept me in bed mostly since.. I’m a fucking pharmacy with all my medication.
