...Allogenes and Archons can do in Cutscenes. Just look at Mavu vs Capi; the amount of godlike maneuvers and superjumps they can do during fights but you can't do in Gameplay makes for the dissonance between cutscene and gameplay.

The problem with this comparison is that in Mario64, you can do acrobatics like in the left footage but the right one deliberately choose not to. If Genshin can do double jumps, air grapple, cancel to plunge and then to glide / flight like in WuWa, then this comparison is valid.
