i also wanted to add that having a busy life and goals doesn’t mean you have to eat badly. making time to nourish your body matters. during undergrad i meal prepped while working 40 hours a week. my days started at 5am, pilates 6–7, work 8–4, classes 5–9, sleep by 11. it wasn’t
