I played in my last Cherokee Strip Conference Tournament Friday and Saturday. We made it to the championship game and fell short and ended up as the conference tournament runners up. I was named to the all tournament team, and also hit a bomb during the championship game!

One of the highlights of my weekend was to have Coach Jay, my high school track coach and off season strength, conditioning and agility trainer surprise me in Kansas City to watch me play ball. I spend 3 days a week working out with Coach Jay. Time to get back to work tomorrow!
