Venezuela the only country you get pay in Bolívares , but every single business have prices in $ or € .. the Bank has the $ for 257 Bolivares. But you can’t buy the $ for that price cause everyone is selling for a least 420 bolivares and the Bank doesn’t have dollars to sell 😅.
