On Friday Treasury closed a loophole enabling clean energy financiers to stockpile a slim % of equipment to circumvent sunset clauses. While I’m biased towards more renewables, this created unfair advantages for foreign OEMs and large private equity. The loophole is now closed.

Heinous is the only word to describe this video released by Islamic Jihad of a hostage suffering from starvation and begging for his life this week. The footage is solely meant to —. 1) dehumanize.2) demoralize.3) taunt . There is no other strategic aim. Worth watching.
