3/3. So, what are we doing to either repair, replace or refund me my money on a refrigerator that was bought 6 months ago @kenmore @Sears @SearsHomeExpert @searscares.

2/3 . The company called and said no they are not coming out Tuesday. They have no one available and in fact @Sears never checked and confirmed with them that they can send someone out. So no repair scheduled, have to throw away food and now another hour on hold.

So only @Sears responded saying a company will come out tomorrow (Tuesday) to fix the refrigerator. 1/3.

@Sears @searscares @SearsHomeExpert Hello so on the phone with a call center that is overseas and being given a run around. This is after I was on hold for an hour and then hung up on. How hard is it to actually help?.
