NFTs aren’t broken. Expectations might be. Every collectible has a hype cycle: Viral moment, frenzy, peak volume… then attention moves on. What’s left is a smaller, committed collector base. Apes, Doodles, Penguins... Constant mass appeal & endless sales were never realistic.

This station that I painted more than 20 years ago in an oil on panel is the same one as in the photo. I’ve kept this painting; sometimes there are works we create that we don’t want to part with because of what they mean to us.
Back home now, after taking some time to be with my people in the place where I grew up. Reconnecting with my family, my childhood, and so many memories. Now I’m ready to prepare for what’s next... 2026. "Landmark of my childhood"
