@TheAKGuy @DamonLyall10 Thank you! Here are several that aren't chasing clout, operate locally, and have well-established track records. The Community Foundation of the Texas Hill Country has been around since 1981. Also, obviously, the Salvation Army. Donations and disaster.

This is a blatant lie, from somebody who doesn't even live here. They're utilizing an abandoned air strip for their detention center in the middle of Big Cypress National Preserve right off the Oasis Visitor Center and Florida Trail. The area has ALWAYS had alligators here.
i’m just finding out that that alligator alcatraz isn’t just a stupid name but that they’re actually putting alligators around the concentration camp so if people try to escape they’ll get eaten alive by alligators. genuinely deeply evil shit.

Not the news I was hoping for and everything seemed like it was going our way. But you can't have your W's without your L's. All we can do is continue forward and work harder. The fact we even made it this far is something to celebrate. Back to work.

Unfortunately, they are not interested in "expedition content" at this time. With the current state of the industry right now, there doesn't seem to be a demand for our work (sad). The exec did say he will happily continue to offer us advice and encouraged us to keep going.

So, now that I got the news this morning I can talk about it. We had a shot with NatGeo. The executive producer I made contact with from a previous Netflix partner loved our project and had a meeting with NatGeo about his current work and we got to showcase our project.

Waiting for the formal confirmation, but I've been talking to the President of a very large and notable non-profit over the last month or so. Long story short: their board loved our project presentation and voted to approve donating to our cause. Another massive W.
