For nearly a year, new school buses funded by #RestoreEdu & @CdCMAE from @francediplo have been transforming education in Chernihiv Region. These buses ensure safe travel for students, including those with disabilities, and open doors to extracurricular activities.

Thanks to @CdCMAE from @francediplo support in the project #RestoreEdu, @Acted delivering equipment to 33 schools in Chernihiv oblast - from laptops & STEM equipment to bomb shelter supplies - creating safe, modern spaces for pupils to return from online to in-person learning.

Acted Ukraine planted 2 200 saplings! In October 2024, Acted Ukraine’s employees planted 2,200 pine and birch seedlings in the Shevchenkivskyi Forestry, Kyiv region. According to the calculations of our experts, by 2030 newly planted trees could absorb up to 85.8 tons of CO₂.

Acted is distributing hygiene kits to 3,100 households, providing essential items for 3 months. The support prioritizes people with the highest needs, including women, babies, the elderly, and people with disabilities, with tailored items provided for each group.

With the support of @OCHA_Ukraine, Acted provides integrated critical humanitarian assistance to address the multisectoral needs of severely conflict-affected and frontline communities in Ukraine.

In total, the needs of 146 beneficiaries were met. ℹ This distribution was conducted with the financial support of @USAIDSavesLives, @USAIDUkraine.

🇺🇦 Acted Ukraine’s Emergency Response Team visited Smoliane, a small village in Zaporizhia oblast. 🚚 All residents in Smoliane were provided with hygiene kits, including internally displaced persons (IDPs), the elderly, persons with disabilities, and children.
