It took a heavy toll on my mental health. I didn’t want to picture where I’d be five years down the road. I think part of the reason I never mentioned it is because talking about it, typing it out online solidified that I had this condition and made it all the more real. (2/4).

I dont usually get too personal on here but I felt it was important to finally open up about this. As of mid-August 2025, I’ve been living with chronic tinnitus for 5 years. 3 freak back-to-back ear infections in summer of 2020 left me with a constant ringing in my head (1/4)🙂
