At the same time, we only had very few colleagues in the US. With this M&A, we want to be closer to our customers, build a solid leadership team and expand our presence in the US broadly and in Renewables specifically. We are hiring in the US!.

Over the last 2 years, Zetwerk has supplied components for ~2.5 GW of solar projects across the world. While our origins are in India, today Zetwerk is a solidly global business with 15% of revenue from Int'l, US being the largest. We also have supply in Vietnam, Bangladesh etc.

The renewables industry is very dynamic today. Both India and the US are expected to add 20-30 GW of new solar capacity every year for the next 10 years! The recent Inflation Reduction Act in the US announced ~$300+ billion of support towards renewables.

Zetwerk is delighted to share our partnership with US-based Unimacts. This is our first international M&A and largest till-date. We are excited to accelerate our work in renewables and expand our business presence in the US.
