@SergioRocks There is a big disconnect between peopleโ€™s wish to work remotely and remote opportunities. Only 14% of jobs on LinkedIn recently were remote. Yet these received over 52% (!) of applications. Companies that offer remote jobs have a much bigger talent pool.
