When I started my development journey at 40 I had no idea what I was doing. I remember buying a theme on WordPress, tweaking some CSS and thinking “hey this feels right.” WordPress was my gateway into real web work because it let me build real websites fast and deliver value

One WordPress mistake I see often at launch: Everything works… for the admin. Visitors get: • Broken fonts • Cookie banner errors • Consent scripts blocking content • 404s from old links Admins see it perfect. Users see it broken. Always test your site logged out.
