Besides the many issues with standardized testing. Most students have no idea what they missed on the tests and teachers don't either. And by time they get results students have moved on to next grade. Making it useless to evaluate teachers & districts too.

You can't administrate a school to excellence. But when leadership creates an environment where everyone can grow, contribute their talents, support each other, feel valued, and appreciated, you create a team culture that leads to excellence.

Building relationships doesn't just help with behavior in the classroom, but students also work harder for teachers they care for them and respect them. Relationships before rigor.
