3/3 after arriving at T1 the @ChangiAirport staff were very helpful, we found our bags were still at T4 but they quickly arranged them to arrive and provided us with passes to reenter. Nice work team! Hotel was notified of our general arrival, but guest manifest wasn’t shared!!

2/N After successfully retrieving my piece of printer paper for “Hotel and taxi chargeback” we’ve been sent to collect our bags in T1, as the bags have been sent there for the connecting flight. The connecting flight left 3 hours ago.
