A6: The advice I give is take it 1 thing at a time. You don't have to change everything you do overnight. Start w/adding 1 new activity each unit. Then another. As time goes, creating engaging ideas, lessons, etc. becomes easier, & you have built a huge toolbox of ideas. #wbrchat

A4: I already said mine. Differentiation. I want to make sure that I can meet each student's specific needs more closely and then help them extend their learning. #wbrchat #EducatorsATLAS

A3: Making learning relevant to their lives is helpful. For me helping them make connections from history to what is happening now is so meaningful. #wbrchat #EducatorsATLAS

A2: I want to improve engagement with more differentiation. I feel like I get bogged down with planning and prepping for three contents, that more often than I should, I end up too close to a one size fits most. #wbrchat

A1: My favorite is when we are learning about something and they are sitting there talking in their groups and they say something like, wait this is just like... and they bring up a current event. #wbrchat

A5: Because Ts and Ss get real time data, everyone can make immediate changes. When Ss prep for tests, they can use data from their review activities to know which portion of the content they need to study more. #wbrchools

A4: Often I use self assessment at the end of the lesson, but it would be better to go through the cycle throughout the lesson rather than just the end in preparation for the next day. #wbrchat

A3: This is something that I am currently working on with some students. I'm trying to show them how true engagement and effort can lead to learning which leads to learning. #WBRCHAT

A2: When we came back from the break, I had Ss assess a set of written responses using the test rubric. We uses the data & comments in that class period to discuss and develop plans to improve our writing. #WBRCHAT
