I would strongly advise people do their research and think carefully before buying @Sony and @PlayStation @PlayStationUK products. This company has ZERO interest in helping when things go wrong, and our teenage son is considerably out of pocket as a result.
All of my son's purchased games have been locked since mid May, for no reason. I have called and emailed countless times. How do you justify continuing to ignore us? @PlayStation @PlayStationUK @PlayStationEU @AskPlayStation @Sony This situation is causing so much stress.
