Day 317 - Workout smashed✅. Late night one feeling far from my best, was really hard to get myself in here tonight. Proud to have done something. Don’t give yourself excuses get it done💪🏻

Day 316 - workout smashed✅. Officially jumper season, good job the workout heats me up. I always say give your best but your best looks different on different days depending on the obstacles you face. Feeling far from 100% but gave all I could to say day 316 & counting💪🏻

Day 306 - Workout Smashed✅. Back on the Ski! Love the challenge of coming through intense cardio. Didn’t feel like it and had every excuse not to give my best but that’s the thing there will always be an excuse, face that head on and win! On the other end is self growth💪🏻🥳

Day 305 - Workout Smashed✅. A good Saturday kettlebell session, on the weights today & it was tough. You don’t need loads of equipment to get a sweat on, it comes down to the effort you put in. Give everything you’ve got & you’ll feel better for it. Never easy always worth it💪🏻

Day 301 - workout smashed✅💪🏻. On the home stretch to a full 365 days. Every single workout up until now has helped me in one way or another whether it be to practise discipline, clear my head or just feel good for it. I can honestly say I always feel better after a workout 😀💪🏻

Day 299 -Workout smashed✅. After a 6 hour drive back from Nottingham & 2 more Powerchair football games, we get the workout in. Non-negotiable work every day prioritising health and progress. Had many excuses tonight, don’t listen to yours - get it done, for you💪🏻
