I’m starting to believe that (current) AI systems pose risk to humanity not because they are super intelligent, but rather because they are super stupid in ways we can’t know upfront.

@kgmodi Not saying that Abhishek should go serverless or not, but we heavily use Lambda at Recast Studio. We have built our entire video rendering engine on Lambda. For context, if a user renders an hour-long video, we spin up 720 Lambda functions. Each rendering takes 5 5-second.

Internet penetration growth is one of the best things that has happened in India in the last decade. During the pandemic, I worked from my hometown for two years. Thanks to a decent internet connection.
@abhinavsohani Yes, and it's fantastic. Not sure if internet has been a problem in the mountains since 2019, after Jio 5G got set up. Mobile or WiFi connections both. I think the relatively lower population density helps.
