So shameful and racist of an airline staff to deny support to people based on color, even when they are the ones who have a 4hr aircraft delay!! Basic support to people with genuine issues is a must. Complete lack of empathy! @RexAirlines.

@RexAirlines ZL337 delayd by 4 hr makin it impsbl 2 board my intl flt frm SYD. Sprvsr Ethan ws extremely rude & unhelpful. Rqstd 2 atleast tag my bags Priority 2 help save time bt he denied sayin it's a biz class prvldge only & can't tag just "anyone's" bag. Racist and shameful!.

4/4 @zomato you are making it difficult for folks to transact on your app by promoting @ICICIBank net banking on top of your offer list. I was about to exit and offer on @swiggy_in because the experience was so poor!!.

3/4 @ICICIBank @zomato . 3. Even for a small 480 Rs transaction, you need a login password + OTP + debit card grid!! (Really!) in a world where a card tap and a UPI PIN can do transactions worth thousands of rupees, I'm not sure why you need military grade security on a good app.

2/4. @ICICIBank @zomato . 2. Your prompt (see screenshot) says I need to click on "get password" which isn't visible anywhere. I had to exit the @zomato transaction and then open ICICI website on my browser to reset the password (despite being able to login perfectly well!).

Dear @ICICIBank Some feedback on your payment integration with apps like @zomato : .1. You randomly show me a message while paying through Net banking saying that my ID is disabled (but I'm able to login to net banking on my computer and also via app). (1/4)

Im not even surprised anymore at @Flipkart 's apathy towards delivery schedule. Nt being able to deliver on time is so common, and customer care isnt even bothered by these misses - "we'll try to deliver tomorrow" is the default. Should take a lesson from @amazonIN on timeliness!

Been over a month since booking the new #NissanKicks but @Nissan_India still has NO delivery date estimate. Dealer YouWe Nissan is clueless as well. Terrible customer service!.

@Nissan_India I booked Nissan Kicks on 9th Feb with your dealer and was committed delivery by 25th Feb. As of today, there is no delivery and the dealer has no timelines. How pathetic is this service! I was buying a Nissan for the 1st time, but is this the service u will provide?.

From that scene in Saans where @Neenagupta001 shed a gentle tear while delivering her dialogues (no cuts, no edits) to 2018, nothing has changed. She remains as beautiful and as adept an actress. #BadhaiHo is such a privilege to watch because of her.

Consumer forum complaint # 780775 against @Lenskart_com and @shadowfax_in 's terrible service and consumer fraud. Hope that poor services like this are brought to the books. @jagograhakjago

@Lenskart_com @shadowfax_in so Lenskart called and told me that product will be picked from my residence address tomorrow, 16th June. Shadowfax messaged and said pickup will be attempted on 18th June on MY request. My only request is to please pick this up from ANYWHERE!!
