Who is answerable for this negligence? The passengers are travelling from a lot of distance and maintaining such small requirements is not feasible then why is the train added? .If the money is given by passengers on time, why don't the services be on time.

It was supposed to reach Ghaziabad at 3:30 PM. But due to the late departure it will be there at 5:30 PM. Now when the train is one sub station prior to Destination GZB, it stands for 1 hour there. And the train also does not have any proper drinking water supply.

I am very furious and annoyed while writing this post of pathetic service by @indianrailway__ @IRCTCofficial . The train 04031 ANVT special Festival was running late from yesterday while starting its journey and maintaining a late of 1.5 hrs throughout.
