@abesh @MicrosoftHelps @XboxSupport they basically harvested my hotmail account and what i got in return was "Mr Greg, we are here to help", very underhanded way to push O365 licenses, at that time

@MicrosoftHelps @XboxSupport I guess it is the easiest to basically not do anything and they ask you to purchase everything fron scratch that was in your account which works well for their bottom line I guess. And that's exactly why I will advise everyone to stay away from XBOX and Microsoft accounts.

I mean @MicrosoftHelps @XboxSupport if his security information was not changed by the hacker my son could have reset the password and we wouldn't need account recovery. But my son is being denied an account recovery because the hackers changed his secure info!!!

My son's @Microsoft account used for study and gaming got hacked. Password and backup email address changed. But what surprised me the most was that when I reached out to @MicrosoftHelps for account recovery. I was told to basically pound sand because my backup email was changed

Extremely pathetic service from @ICICIBank @ICICIBank_Care ! Wanted to open an NRE/NRO account. Went to two branches. Made to wait an hour then told that they need to capture my house location. No one came. Now not picking up my calls either !!!

So, my mom in a wheelchair, has about an hour to make an international transit. Both @Chase and @Delta claim that she will be fine ! But no one is prepared is either take responsibility or make things right ! And this is for a Premium Economy ticket !!!

Now @Delta is claiming they cannot change the original itinerary as the transit times falls between "legal limits" and @Chase Travel wants me to pay an additional $1500 for new tickets. Thinking of cancelling my Sapphire Reserve, @AmericanExpress Travel is leagues ahead !

So @Delta changed the international flights I booked for my mom (in a wheelchair) to one with a one hour transit in Boston. I booked this with @Chase Travel with my Sapphire Reserve card. (contd...)
