Everything is crazy both personally and big picture right now, but I'm so grateful that this year seems to be one where I really get to share my art, especially my writing. It's so special to be gradually finding community when I just didn't see that happening for me.

My uncle Ted passed away last night. He was my great uncle, the artist of his generation of our family, and a big presence growing up. Today I will wear his crew jacket he handed down to me from one of the films he worked. Love you Ted, I promise to stay weird, artsy, and joyous.
