Just popping back by to share some 3rd grade #EarthWeek adventures! Nature & me simile poems, seed paper cards made from our own recycled paper, five senses nature scavenger hunt, and of course, lots and lots of #learningoutside!!! Happy #EarthDay! 🌎🌳🍃

Hey, Twitter—been a minute. One week from today, this bright & joyful classroom will be filled with third graders!! Can’t wait to see how they make it theirs 🌈

Handed Ss some shapes and asked them to classify all the shapes in at least 3 groups, using any rule(s) they wanted. Probably my fave answer: shapes that fit together, shapes that form a bird, shapes that form an arrow, and shapes that look like video game buttons. Brilliant!
