Great point - so many companies and founders make the mistake of staying in stealth because they want to wait for that chatGPT moment - the opportunity cost is they never learn from customers and basically close the door of pivoting.
99% of your users will come after your launch. You have to grind for most of them and be prepared for lucky events later. None of which is possible if youâre stealth and overthinking it. So, you may as well ship as fast as possible and get that going asap.
