The Holy Spirit in a gentle way today asked me this powerful question …. “Aaron, how is your conscience?”

How is your conscience is not a question we hear very often but it is one of the most important ones we can be asked. Our conscience can be seared by sin and the influence of others so that it is not as sensitive to the Holy Spirit as it once was.

Paul charged Timothy to guard his faith and his conscience. For many years I have returned to this passage. It has become a spiritual oil check and the simplest way to really know where I am spiritually.
