The current Right has nothing to say beyond criticizing the Left. No values to defend, just “The Left is worse”. No vision to offer or solutions to build…just a fighter plane dropping crap on half the country.
The problem with the “Your mom” response from the White House team isn’t really their response. It’s that in a few years a Democratic Admin will do something similar and all the people who now think it was so funny will be outraged and all the outraged people will defend it.

My 13 year old rides the subway to/from school every day.
Trump: I used to take the subway. I used to feel safe. When I was young, my parents would drop me off at the subway. I would take the subway to school. Today you would not be doing that.
