HOUSE OF DYNAMITE argues that it is of paramount importance to have capable government officials in uncertain geopolitical times. That does not make it a "fear-stoking nuclear exploitation film". It makes it a painfully relevant film. Variety always at the scene of the crime.

i’ve got to say one of the weirdest and nicest things about LFF was having people come up to me recognising me from TikTok or Twitter 😅

film version of this, meeting someone at the criterion closet and adding each other on letterboxd to realise the last film you watched was the same :)
💬 | Callum Turner shares that he and @DUALIPA were reading the same book the night they first met (Via @thetimes) “We sat next to each other and realised we were reading the same book, which is crazy. It’s called Trust (by Hernan Diaz) and I had just finished the first chapter

community feel of LFF. Anytime anyone I know is looking for tickets, everyone always inquires as to whether they’ve tried LFFStubs. Obviously collecting the data on how many people get tickets and offload tickets is impossible, but it is a substantial number I’m sure

THE PERFECT NEIGHBOR should be a more serious contender for Best Film Editing at the #Oscars this year. Documentaries deserve more respect in this category in general, but what Geeta Gandbhir achieves here with just police bodycam, security and newsreel footage is incredible!
