@ee You need to be transparent with your existing customers and at no point should they be 'offered' an upgrade more expensive than a new contract and use marketing tactics to deceive the shopper into thinking they have got a good deal 😔

Just want to clarify that I'm not against flash deals but if a upfront cost is £0 across the market & @EE places a 'made up' value to then cross out to £0 in upgrades with a higher monthly cost and refers to the cross out as a savings then thats just simply a marketing ploy😒😬

Been a loyal customer with @EE for too long & disgusted how existing customers get burnt on upgrades whilst new customers get enticed in with 'flashy deals'. Weird customer retention policy. @Vodafone @O2 @ThreeUK potential new customer here, maybe you can help where @EE failed🤔
