In Goa, we have DDSSY scheme to help the poor get hospitalisation at a discount. The balance is paid by the govt. The govt hasn't paid dues of the private hospitals since a year now, most have bills pending of abt ₹ 20-30 Lakh! The hospitals are now reluctant to admit the poor.

Arranged about 100 cylinders within a couple of hours after the govt told the HC that they needed empty cylinders & had enough to refill. Once this is done & more in process, they are saying refilling is a problem. WHAT DO YOU WANT GOA GOVT??? Pls clarify we are ready to help!
