@rapidobikeapp Update - Rapido took prompt action in resolving this. I'm extremely happy at their response, but I still wish cab payments will have credit card payment option.

Made double UPI payment by mistake (network issue) in a @rapidobikeapp cab. Now neither is driving responding to my message, nor is any help option on #Rapido app. This is the problem of allowing only UPI & cash payment (no CC). Not going to use @rapidobikeapp anytime soon now.

Is this @KentROSystems 's service policy? Claim one thing when taking money for AMC and then telling another thing during service? Before this no one from kent had told us that we had to buy a new candle to get carbon filter replaced, not even during the 2nd service! #kent

Otherwise they won't change the carbon filter. I had bought a new candle (for Rs 600) during last service, and they are supposed to change carbon filter once a year for free. Finally the person left without changing the carbon filter, since I didn't buy a new candle!

Hello @bhash this is what I see in your app when I try to book a ride with credit card or wallet as payment method. I have informed Ola support 2 months ago but the issue hasn't been fixed yet. Now why don't you try to walk your talk and address this issue?

It's been 5 days and @HDFC_Bank still keeps my savings account blocked without even providing me a reason. All their emails promise best service and claim that they will provide me a response by 30th July. I have had enough of their excuses now @HDFCBank_Cares @HDFC_Bank

Being a customer for 13 years, it's very disappointing to face such issues from #hdfcbank. I guess its time to look for a new bank now.

Horrible service by @HDFC_Bank @HDFCBank_Cares! They have blocked withdrawl from my savings account, without providing any details (apparently due to suspicious activity), without any complaint from my end! When I inquire all they say is that they will revert to me by 30th July!!

So @HDFC_Bank @HDFCBank_Cares decided to freeze an amount in my Savings bank due to a Cyber Crime complaint registered against person XYZ who happened to make a UPI transaction in my account! Did #HDFC notify me? NOPE! It's only by accident I discovered that funds had been locked
